- Bilendi is undergoing rapid expansion, and as part of this growth, we are recruiting a Business Development Manager to join our Milan-based team. **The Job** The Business Development Manager’s main responsibility will be to: - Be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Expanding their customer base through strategic new business prospects




- Creating and maintaining executive and senior management relationships
- Strategically managing the sales process through to closing new business opportunities
- Effectively communicating their value’s through proposals, demos and presentations **About You** We are looking for someone with: - At least 3 years of experience in managing large clients within a cutting-edge digital environment
- A proven track record of sales success, supported by a strong network of industry contacts
- High motivation and a results-driven mindset, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
