**POSITION OVERVIEW** We are looking for an experienced Barman who has likely already worked in a similar position in the Hospitality sector and who will be actively part of the F&B; Team by providing an excellent guest drinking experience. **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for in house and external guests
- Interacting with customers and taking orders
- Assessing bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations
- Know how to answer the phone and properly take a Private Dining order
- Communicate with other servers or back servers to see if they need any help
- Keeping high personal grooming standards and maintaining a neat uniform
- Assisting in the setup and breakdown of special events and functions
- Completing opening & closing responsibilities **QUALIFICATIONS**
- Need to be competent in the use of Micros
- Knowledge of dining room and kitchen procedures helpful
- Good communication skills in Italian and English
- Excellent presentation and grooming standard
