**Key Responsibilities**: - Plan and conduct interviews and workshops with end users.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data using dedicated software.
- Create clear and detailed reports for presenting findings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Identify use cases and key insights to improve company processes and products. **Requisiti**:



- Degree in Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, Interaction Design, or related fields.
- Previous experience in user research or human-centered design activities.
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken). [C1+]
- Ability to design and facilitate collaborative workshops.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize data into accessible reports. **Preferred Qualifications**: - Knowledge of Human Factors methodologies and User Experience (UX).
- Experience in projects related to automotive, technology, or Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI).
