- RINA is currently recruiting for a **Logistics and SAP Specialist** to join its office in **Roma** within the Sustainability and Business Innovation Division. **Mission**
- We are looking for a detail-oriented SAP Operations Specialist to manage procurement, shipping, and compliance processes. Responsibilities include handling SAP Purchase and Shipment Requests, ensuring export control compliance (ITAR/EAR), preparing shipping documentation, and tracking shipments. Proficiency in SAP and strong organizational skills are required.**Key Accountabilities**
- Create and manage Purchase Requests (RdA) in SAP.
- Issue Shipment (RDS) and Receiving Requests (RDR) in SAP.
- Act as the Point of Contact (POC) for shipping requests, collaborating with internal departments (Warehouse, ITCO, Import/Export, Security, Operations, etc.).
- Support compliance with export control requirements, including ITAR/EAR regulations.
- Verify material classification and documentation using company tools.
- Prepare and issue shipping documentation, including customs-related paperwork.
- Track and archive shipment records. **Education**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management Engineering or Economics**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of international Project Management standards;
- Proficiency in English;
- Good knowledge of SAP tools;
- Strong proficiency in Office tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Familiarity with laws governing import/export controls, intra-community transfers, brokering, transit, and intangible transfer of defense materials;
- Ability to analyze and process data and present it in a summarized form (reports, metrics,



charts);
