Job Overview
Business Analyst - eCommerce e Digital Product Management role at BIP. Join our Value Line E‐Business Performance Optimization team, offering integrated E‐commerce and Digital Performance Marketing & Sales services across multiple industries. You will define, launch, and continually optimize digital solutions to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional and technical specifications.
Produce and maintain detailed analysis documents, including process flows, user stories, and use cases, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to refine functional needs.
Contribute to the functional design of core eCommerce features such as Checkout, Catalog, Customer, and Content.
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in digital eCommerce environments.
Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and architectures, with hands‐on experience in at least two of the following areas: PIM, CMS, ERP, CRM, OMS, personalization engines, search tools, product feed managers, marketplaces, API integrations, and order/
