As Sales Manager for Imaging & Photonics in Italy, you drive revenue growth and strategic customer relationships for Acal BFI's imaging and photonics portfolio. You lead a technical sales team and collaborate with engineering to tailor solutions that meet customer needs. You will shape the commercial strategy, grow the design funnel, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. understanding customer applications and technical requirementsMaintain regular engagement with strategic customers and stakeholdersCollaborate with the Group Business Development Director to support supplier strategy execution and monitor emerging technologiesProvide market feedback to suppliers and internal teamsTranslate customer requirements into tailored solutions using the portfolioWork closely with FSEs and technical teamsPromote value-added services (design support, customization, integration)Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecastsBuild and manage a strong pipeline of opportunitiesReport on sales performance and market trendsSenior B2B solution/service sales and business development background within electronics, optics, or high-tech componentsexperience in defense market is a plusSolid knowledge of Photonics & Imaging technologiesProven ability to lead, motivate, and upskill technical sales teamsTr
