Clienti **Mission** **Measurement** Cost target Delivery targets Quality targets Rispetto KPI’ s di ruolo **Responsibilities** Principale punto di unione tra Alstom Transport ed il Cliente. Assicura che le azioni intraprese siano rivolte alla soddisfazione degli impegni contrattuali anche in ambito ambientale ed al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di margine di profitto. Guida e/o partecipa alle negoziazioni in collaborazione con il Sales Engineer. Assicura che le vendite ed il cash flow vengano raggiunti. Segue il progetto dalla firma del contratto alla sua completa realizzazione. Assicura il rispetto e la fedeltà degli impegni contrattuali. Assicura il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di profitto. Assicura la soddisfazione del cliente. Gestisce e guida gruppi di progetto. Monitorizza il progresso del progetto in termine di avanzamento tecnologico, controllo di costi, qualità, rischi per la salute, la sicurezza e l’contesto **Educational Requirements** Laurea técnica o equipollente.
