- SiA LABS: Our research and development wing, responsible for all software development and maintenance of the SiA Platform. We are seeking a Business Development Associate with a strong strategic and operational approach, capable of generating business opportunities and managing relationships with partners and C-level decision-makers. **Responsibilities**
- Identify and qualify new clients using LinkedIn and digital tools.
- Manage and update the CRM (HubSpot) to optimize the sales funnel.
- Develop support materials for the sales team using PowerPoint, Canva, and Excel.
- Monitor market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Engage with high-level stakeholders to promote solutions and services. **Qualifications**
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Strong LinkedIn prospecting and networking skills.
- Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, Excel, Canva, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English.
- Proactivity, autonomy, and results-oriented mindset. **Additional Information** Location**: Turin (Hybrid/On-site)
**Experience**: 3-5 years with proven track record
**Education**: Degree in Business, Management, or Marketing
**Languages**: Fluent in Italian and English
