**Main responsibilities** In particular, the person will be responsible for: - Design, configure and maintain the IT infrastructure, including networks, physical and virtualised servers;
- Ensuring the management and support of IT activities in close cooperation with the parent company, also following up on specific projects;
- Installing and configuring IT hardware and software equipment;
- Supporting users with hardware and software issues;
- Ensuring the management of all assets (e.g. PCs, smartphones, telephones, network equipment, etc.);
- Monitoring the evolution of technological trends;
- Supporting the Head of IT. **How to convince us**
- 5 years of experience in the IT field as an IT System Administrator, preferably in the Microsoft environment;
- Experience with virtualisation systems, preferably VmWare;
- Advanced skills in managing networks, firewalls, VPNs and network protocols;
- English knowledge level B2 and Italian knowledge level B2;
- A degree in computer science/computer engineering is considered a plus. Ability to manage projects,
excellent organisational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as an aptitude for problem solving and a propensity for continuous professional development complete the profile. **What we offer**
