We are looking for a **Coordination of Motorsport Engineering** to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting hierarchically to the** Head of Racing Cars Development**. You will be responsible to focus on Motorsport products development (Motorsport PEP process) to track status.



Coordination over external suppliers/partners for technical development/engineering accordingly with project plan. You will be responsible to perform the following activities: - Support to PL in monitoring technical project milestones achievement and deviations; gap analysis on milestones (costs, lead times, resources allocation, prototypes, ) and evaluation of technical plans alternatives where needed;
- Technical documents collection and preparation for project approval;
- Management of Motorsport budget for technical development and changes;
- Steering of development suppliers/ partners for parts and systems engineering till Motorsport whole vehicle final release;
- Monitoring and tracking of Motorsport parts and systems development on time, changes requests, costs impacts during products development. **About you**
- University degree in Mechanical or Aeronautic Engineering
- At least 5 years of engineering rule in Motorsport field
- Production/Logistics and/or project manager Automotive background
- R&D; Automotive background
- Fully proficient in English, other languages (incl German) are a plus
- Knowledge of CAD Catia V5
- FEAnalisys
- BOM management
- Technical knowledge in Motorsport
- Motorsport Technical Regulation knowledge
