Palazzo Margherita is a restored 19th-century luxury retreat in Bernalda, Basilicata region, offering guests an unforgettable and authentic experience. We pride ourselves on personalized service and a warm, family-like atmosphere. **Role Overview**:
We seek an enthusiastic Receptionist to be the welcoming face of Palazzo Margherita. You will ensure guests feel at home, manage front desk operations, and provide exceptional service. **Responsibilities**: - Greet guests warmly and handle check-ins/outs.
- Respond to mail and phone inquiries, assist guests’ needs, and offer local recommendations.
- Manage reservations, phone calls, and payments efficiently.
- Concierge activities: organizing transfers, restaurant bookings, arranging tour packages throughout the area. **Qualifications**: - Warm demeanor, with a strong propensity to hospitality. Well-groomed and tidy. Flexible, problem solving and detail-oriented.
- Fluency in Italian and English; other languages are a plus.




- Prior experience of at least 2 years in luxury hospitality is preferable, however not mandatory
- Familiar with PMS, booking engine, channel manager, OTAs and other integrated IT systems. Use of MS Office (Word, Excel) is a plus. **Why Join Us?**
