We are recruiting a professional to join our **Corporate**Tax**team in **Milan**, who will be tasked with: - calculating the corporate income tax and the regional tax on productive activities (IRES and IRAP) and preparing annual tax returns (tax compliance);
- preparing VAT and substitute tax forms (tax compliance);
- analysing the taxation of corporate finance transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions,



etc.);
- a master's degree in business or law;
- up to 5 years of professional experience in leading firms;
- certification to practice as a chartered accountant / lawyer or the intention of going into professional practice;
- a good knowledge of English;
- an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- a master's degree in tax law;
- excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- strong organisational skills, an ability to take initiative and problem solving abilities;
