**Intern - Service Desk IT (M/F/x)**:
**Where we need you**:
The intern will be assigned to the IT Europe Service Desk department, the single point of contact for all our internal customers in need of IT support. **Main Responsibilities**:
Providing support to colleagues for all tasks related to the installation, configuration, maintenance, and management of the following systems: - Business PCs (workstations, laptops, desktops, and thin clients)
- Office and production printers
- Smartphones (Android and iOS)
- Barcode scanners
- Video conferencing equipment **How to convince us**: - High school diploma/University Degree obtained no more than 12 months ago or currently enrolled at university
- Knowledge of the English language (B1 level)
- Strong interpersonal skills,
