We are looking for a Controlling Finance Transformation Manager to lead the controlling topics across the different finance transformation projects. You will be responsible to lead the evolution of the controlling functions together with the Finance VPs impacted. You will report directly to the Finance Transformation Director. You will lead a critical project during 2025/2026: the design and the implementation of the new controlling model of the Group. This role will have a high visibility and will enable you to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and influence strategic decisions that shape our financial future. You will lead the E2E (end-to-end) implementation of S/4 HANA in the controlling function as part of our Global SAP Program. In this critical role, with a dotted line to the Business Program Lead for the S/4 HANA initiative, you will drive impactful results while ensuring alignment with various streams and program management. You will be responsible for fulfilling business requirements and expertly managing timelines within your area of responsibility. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to spearhead exciting projects focused on Finance Transformation, contributing to the evolution of our financial processes, models, organization and systems. **Your Mission**:
**New controlling model lead**: - Take ultimate ownership of project results, including effective planning and prioritization to ensure successful outcomes.
- Inspire, manage and consolidate business requirements from various business areas and sites, ensuring alignment with all the relevant stakeholders.
- Lead the project team and facilitate discussions among experts and business stakeholders to reach consensus on model design. When necessary, escalate decisions within your authority to ensure timely resolutions.
- Identify,



prepare and drive key design decisions that shape the direction of the project.
- Identify and address integration needs between your project and other projects and responsibilities across the Groupensuring seamless collaboration.
- Collaborate with IT in order to draft the future digital landscape useful to deploy the controlling model defined.
- Proactively report on project progress, escalating risks and issues to Finance Transformation Director and the Finance Leadership Team to ensure transparency and accountability. **S/4 HANA Business workstream lead**: - **Take ultimate ownership of workstream results, including effective planning and prioritization to ensure successful outcomes.
- Manage and consolidate business requirements from various business areas and sites, ensuring alignment with the S/4 system.
- Lead the integrator team and facilitate discussions among experts and business stakeholders to reach consensus on process designs. When necessary, escalate decisions within your authority to ensure timely resolutions.
- Identify, prepare and drive key design decisions that shape the direction of the project.
- Identify and address integration needs between end-to-end processes and other workstreams, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Oversee testing within the workstream and support overarching activities such as cutover and training to ensure smooth transitions.




- Approve and review business requirements within key documents, including specifications, to maintain high standards of quality.
- Proactively report on workstream progress, escalating risks and issues to Program Management to ensure transparency and accountability. **Finance transformation projects** In addition to these responsibilities, you will manage projects focused on Finance Transformation while collaborating with various functions and project team members across the organization. This involves overseeing the integration of organizational, process, model, and system changes to support the evolution of the finance function. **Your Profile**:
We are looking for a senior professional who embodies strong decision-making skills and has a proven ability to build consensus on process/model design among diverse stakeholders. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding discussions and ensuring that all perspectives are considered in the design process/model. A solid knowledge in Finance is required, especially about controlling topics. This knowledge should derive from experience as a controlling manager or in a consulting firm as finance consultants. It’s required to have knowledge on different controlling areas (i.e. supply chain, commercial, FP&A;, etc.). A deep understanding of end-to-end business processes, such as Lead-to-Cash, is essential. Your expertise in business process/model design and optimization will allow you to identify and implement innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4 HANA (or at least solid understanding of) is desirable, as it will equip you with the knowledge needed to leverage these powerful tools effectively.
