- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely service and smooth operations.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Maintain professional telephone etiquette and a thorough understanding of reservation policies and procedures.
- Be fully familiar with the services offered at the Beach Club.
- Greet and accommodate guests warmly, setting a tone of welcoming hospitality throughout their experience.
- Ensure the front desk and Beach Club areas are always covered and maintain a welcoming and attractive environment in line with standards.
- Check each sunbed to ensure it is clean and fully set up before seating guests.
- Gather feedback from guests about their experience and address any issues promptly, involving management if necessary.
- Assist with service whenever needed.
- Perform cashier duties and close open positions. **What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience in Beach Club operations.
- Attention to detail to achieve operational excellence.
- Excellent guest service skills.
