Responsibilities:
Processing and managing online orders: receiving, confirming, and tracking order status. Coordinating with courier services and suppliers. Maintaining the order database, handling returns and adjustments. Resolving disputes and ensuring a high level of customer service. **Requirements**:
✔ Experience in e-commerce, order administration, or customer service is a plus. ✔ Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. ✔ Proficiency in using computers, Excel, CRM systems, and online order processing platforms. ✔ Responsible, organized, and able to work in a multitasking environment. ✔ English proficiency (a plus).
