With the aim of strengthening the HSE Team, we are recruiting a **HS Manager/RSPP** Working with the team, you will ensure that all obligations, laid down by mandatory legislation, regarding health and safety at work are fulfilled, in compliance with the company's defined health and safety standards. **Main responsibilities**: - You will hold the position of RSPP for the Fidia Farmaceutici site in Abano Terme, implementing all activities and requirements in line with the current regulations (Art. 33 del D. Lgs 81/2008).
- You will monitor regulatory changes, ensure the company's compliance with health and safety regulations, and update the risk assessment document (DVR) and the health and safety improvement plan.
- You will coordinate health and safety resources, assigning, monitoring, and supervising the activities of direct collaborators (ASPP and other figures).
- You will be responsible for drafting the DUVRI and, for contracts with external companies, interface with company departments and suppliers to verify document compliance.
- You will interface with CSP and CSE in the construction sites and monitor compliance with the law regarding machines and equipment (art. 71 D.Lgs 81/08) proposing improvements in health and safety.
- You will continuously monitor health and safety conditions, ensuring compliance with adopted policies, providing ongoing training to employees on safe practices,
and supervising health surveillance activities.
- You will manage emergencies by preparing emergency plans, handling adverse safety situations, minimizing risks, and supervising incident investigations and the implementation of corrective actions. You will be also responsible for periodically updating the CPI (fire prevention certificate).
- You will be “Asbestos Manager” (Responsabile amianto). **Requirements**: - Masters’s degree in scientific or engineering field.
- At least 5 years' experience in the role of RSPP or ASPP, in complex manufacturing companies.
- Certificate of attendance at training course for “Responsabile del Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione (RSPP)”, and for “Addetto Antincendio”.
- Good knowledge of English language (level B1).
- Great skills of team working and assertiveness.
- Ability to work with result orientation even when under pressure, maintaining a collaborative climate.
- Capacity of conveying the company's guidelines and values with internal and external stakeholders. **Our offer**: - Open-ended contract.
