- Coordination of activities, projects and assigned people
- Advising on M&A; transactions. Required: - Master's degree in economics, preferably with a background in finance and financial markets
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Finance




- Strong motivation for consultancy activities and Corporate Finance
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Interest in working towards objectives and in a challenging environment
- Excellent proficiency in the English language
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package. The position will work mainly on sell-side activities for mid-market operations, as well as being able to move independently in the development of potential deals. The profile is completed by a willingness to travel within the national territory.
