**Request**: - Request to Hire and integrate into the Team Erika Spina, actually external collaborator from July 2021.
- Her role is planner (like the jpb description reported above) and she grotwh in the structure and in her job in technical issues and in relationship, and we can consider she now as a clear talent. We cannot in the past years yet stabilize definetly in the team Erika, it's the moment to onboard she in her team.
- Erika Is the Spare parts planner of the Legnago Plant, of almost all the foreign suppliers ((Carrier Europe and Asia, Delevan,... )
- She's a great performer and she's ready for responsability role in growth in her position.
