WinTech is seeking a detail-oriented Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to drive significant funnel performance improvements. This role focuses exclusively on funnel optimization with a clear KPI of 20% quarterly conversion growth through meticulous A/B testing and implementation. **Key Responsibilities**: - Conduct thorough funnel analysis to identify conversion bottlenecks.
- Own end-to-end A/B testing process from ideation to implementation.
- Monitor metrics and generate actionable insights to maximize KPIs.
- Work closely with marketing, design teams and data analyst.
- Implement and monitor test variations with attention to detail.
- Maintain pixel-perfect design standards in all optimizations.
- Stay up-to-date on CRO trends and implement innovative techniques. **Qualifications**: - At least 3+ years of CRO experience in subscription-based products.
- Proven track record of improving conversion rates.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
- Experience with A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO).
- Strong UI/UX understanding and attention to detail.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field. **Nice to have**:



- Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with popular BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar.
- Experience in marketing: attribution, UTM parameters, ROAS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights based on the data.
