Are you passionate about accounting and ready to make a significant impact? We are looking for a talented Accounting Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.

- Hybrid Work Freudenberg Sealing Technologies S.a.s. di Externa Italia S.r.l.u. You support our team as SPECIALIST ACCOUNTING PAYABLE **Responsibilities**: - Key Responsibilities: - Invoicing Excellence: Manage the invoicing process with precision and accuracy.
- Tax Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements related to accounts payable, including VAT, withholding taxes, and other relevant tax laws
- Payment Processing: Ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices.
- Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconciling accounts payable transactions to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Vendor Management: Handling inquiries, and resolving payment issues.
- Intrastat Regulation Knowldedge: Expertise in preparing and submitting Intrastat declarations **Qualifications**: - Qualifications:



- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration; advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting.
- Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in English and French and/or Spanish
- Skills needed to be successful in this role: - Expertise: Knowledge of Italian accounting principles. Knowledge of international accounting practices and tax regulations in foreign countries is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with SAP is preferred.
- Your Personal Attributes: Proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in a team, and a lean approach to process improvement.
- Commitment & Flexibility: High level of commitment and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Travel: Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 10% of the time) to enhance your professional experience.
