The Industrial Connectivity Specialist will implement and manage telecommunication services for internal clients, focusing on exceptional customer service and expertise in telecommunications. **Main Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecommunications systems and equipment.- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.- Monitor and analyze service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.- Manage vendor relationships.- Prepare and present regular reports on service performance and project status to management.- Stay updated with the latest advancements in telecommunications technology and industry trends.



**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.- Strong understanding of IT systems, network security, and data protection principles.- Proficiency in using telecommunications management software and tools.- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. **Nice to Have**:
- Advanced degrees or professional certifications in IoT, MPN.- Experience with compliance audits, risk assessments, and implementing corrective actions.- Italian language skills. **Other Details**:
