**Reports To**: [MANAGER, CUSTOMER SERIVCE IMPORT&EXPORT;] **Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**: - Supervise and lead the import and export team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Run and optimize international shipments, ensuring timely delivery and efficient solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations, including customs clearance procedures.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping companies, customs brokers, and suppliers.
- Develop and handle relationships with key partners, both internal and external.
- Supervise and analyze logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Resolve any issues related to international shipping, customs delays, or trade compliance.
- Stay updated on changes in import/export regulations and implement vital adjustments in processes.
- Prepare and present reports on trade activities, costs, and performance metrics.




- Train and mentor team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. **Qualifications & Skills**: - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of [3] years of experience in import/export operations, with at least [1] years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with several priorities at the same time.
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and mitigation skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and logistics software.
- Proficiency in [English] is required.
