- The IS Specialist is involved and proactively supports in the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of the service for the area of responsibility and cross-functional processes related to IS Services.
- Takes action to ensure targets are met within established safety and quality procedures, corrects malfunctions, calling on other experienced colleagues and external resources to make sure services are delivered in a proactive way.
- Identify, consolidate and report any inefficiencies or improvement opportunities. 2. Operations/Services
- Reviews requirements and specifications and identifies those that merit action within their scope of responsibility.
- Installs and tests new versions, investigates and coordinates the resolution of potential and actual service problems.
- Prepares and maintains operational documentation for the system services and advises on the correct and effective use of the services.
- When involved, delivers the appropriate IS solution/service according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), in time, in budget and at quality.
- Diagnoses faults and records and reports on the results of tests.
- Adapt IS systems and IS technology to reflect changes in own function.
- Provide technical support to employees on IT-related topics, ensuring smooth daily operations.




- Configure and integrate production machines into the company network.
- Perform system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee software and hardware installations. 3. Supplier Management
- Works closely with suppliers providing a part the service.
- Engages proactively with suppliers to resolve incidents, problems, or unsatisfactory performance, and implements suppler management related service improvement initiatives and programs.
- Monitors and reports on supplier performance and customer satisfaction.
- Validates that suppliers’ performance is in accordance with contract terms. 4. Governance, IS Compliance
- Executes, for assigned tasks, all actions in IS processes according to agreed RACI specification.
- Is responsible to act in compliance with Corporate IS Regulation and IS Policies; with Accelleron regulations and Guidelines of which accountability and responsibility for this position are derived; and with any other Internal Control regulations that may be assigned. 5. People Leadership Provides guidance/support to temporary work teams without carrying line responsibility. Must have
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Bachelor in IT or similar
- +5 years experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Self driven
- Flexibility
- Open to business trips: 2/3 days a month to the headquarter in Turin
- Adaptability to adjust to changes in the environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft systems and enterprise IT environments.
- Experience in network management and device configuration. Nice to have
- Network Cisco products
- CCNA
