**Customer Service Representative, Bologna** **4 month Fixed Term Contract** A Customer Service Representative’s primary duty is to support customers. To fulfill this main responsibility, a CSR may perform the following tasks: - Providing introductory information to prospective and new customers
- Ensuring that consumers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries
- Advise Customers about additional products or services that might agevolazioni them
- Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
- Escalating queries and concerns, when necessary
- Troubleshooting common issues with products or services
- Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems Required Skills & Experience: - Previous experience in a customer service or similar role - industrial components sector would be an advantage




- Knowledge of English language (at least B1 level)
- Strong organizational skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Team working attitude
- Knowledge of MS Office in particular Excel What we offer: - Attractive salary
