Procurement Excellence Junior Specialist

The Role:
The Procurement Excellence Junior Specialist drive the development, governance and continuous improvement of the Procurement function through the management of digital systems, process optimization, performance monitoring,



supply chain risk management, and the integration of sustainability into sourcing strategies.
This role provides analytical insights to Category Managers, drives technological innovation, and leads the implementation of Procurement tools and process improvements, ensuring standardization, efficiency, and high‑quality information across the function.
Main Responsibilities of the role:
- Data Analytics & Insights: Collect, structure, and analyze spend data to support Category Managers in strategic decision‑making. Develop dashboards and periodic reports on KPIs, savings, supplier performance, and spend trends. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across Procurement databases.
- Tool Management & Digital Procurement: Manage key digital tools used within the Procurement function. Support the team, the internal stakeholders and the suppliers in the correct adoption and utilization of Procurement s
