If you love it, Scalapay it We are looking for an AML Specialist. Inside the AML & Compliance Department, your role will consist of providing support to the Team in order to implement and ensure a robust AML framework. This role is based in Milan, where we will expect to see you at the office a minimum of three days per week (the other two can be remote), as per our hybrid work model. **You will**: - Monitor the compliance with AML/CFT regulations by the other business functions
- Ensure an adequate system is implemented to monitor the AML risk ensuring compliance with applicable requirements
- Design, implement and review internal process and IT procedures relevant to AML/CFT ensuring that they are coherent with external requirements
- Arrange for all staff to be trained and coached, as necessary, in matters related to compliance with AML Regulations
- Define and implement the risk assessment process within the function identifying the action plan to strengthen the control framework on AML/CFT
- Establish second level control with focus on due diligence procedure, AUI and SARA




- Defines corrective actions and monitor the timely implementation
- Manage the enhanced due diligence procedure
- Support the department in the relationship with Bank of Italy and other authorities **You’ll be great for this role if**: - You hold a degree in Law or Economics.
- You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, or Risk within banks, financial intermediaries, payment institutions, IMELs, or consulting firms.
- You are fluent in both written and spoken Italian and English.
- You have strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines while remaining adaptable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
