We’re seeking a talented, strategic and hands-on Field Marketing Manager to own and grow our regional impact in France. As the Field Marketing Manager, you'll collaborate closely with our senior sales stakeholders in planning and executing integrated marketing activities that generate awareness, build pipeline, and position AccessiWay as the go-to accessibility partner for French enterprises. Operating in a hyper-growth environment, we have to move fast and require someone with bold initiative who is ready to roll up their sleeves and jump right in, taking ownership for their programs' success, communicating effectively and ensuring all areas of planning are covered. **Responsibilities**:
Help develop and refine the marketing strategy for France. Partner with sales stakeholders and central marketing teams to define and implement a high impact marketing mix of activity for the region. Lead and manage marketing campaigns in France ensuring the correct messaging,
timing and channels are strategically defined for maximum impact. Help deliver measurable, pipeline growth in the region across defined programs and initiatives. Support the tracking and analysis of marketing activities around performance metrics to monitor, improve and continuously optimize the performance of marketing activities Support and define a clear events roadmap for France in line with high impact goals. **You're a perfect fit if you have**:
2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, tech, or digital transformation Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal. A proven track record of developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns that drive measurable results Strong project management and organizational skills Knowledge of technical marketing essentials like SEO, Experience with Hubspot, Figma, google analytics and AI models is beneficial An understanding of accessibility, compliance, or digital transformation topics is a plus A collaborative, proactive, and excitement to work in a fast-growing, mission-driven company
