Role Summary
We’re seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Technician to provide technical support for both local and remote employees in a mixed Windows and macOS environment.



The ideal candidate is a problem solver with excellent communication skills, hands‑on technical ability, and a strong customer service mindset. This position may occasionally require travel to other office locations.
Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support both Windows and macOS users, on‑site and remotely.
- Configure, image, and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Manage users, devices, and access in Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Intune.
