Matteo Thun Studio Milan has a rare opportunity for a young, motivated personal assistant for Matteo Thun.
Matteo Thun, Architect and Designer, was born in 1952 in Bolzano. He studied at the Salzburg Academy with Oskar Kokoschka and at the University of Florence. In 1984 he opened his studio in Milan.
The personal assistant will have to carry out the following activities: - In cooperation with the assistants, organise Matteo Thun's activities (scheduling appointments and meetings, telephone contacts, travel arrangements, weekly and monthly plan);
- Support Matteo Thun in various daily activities;
- Receive, process and distribute daily mail/deliveries;
- Update calendars and schedule meetings if necessary;
- Personal and family assignments;
- Travelling with the architect and following him in the various activities abroad and in Italy;
- Research work, in-depth study of various projects, potential clients,
- Willingness to support the Architect in various daily activities BACKGROUND AND SKILLS
- Degree or diploma in a related field (Architecture, Interior,
Cultural Heritage, Communication);
- Short experience in similar positions or a recent graduate;
- Good manners for relating to others;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Fluent knowledge of English is mandatory (absolutely);
- Fluent knowledge of German is a plus;
- Knowledge of Office;
- Good time management skills;
- Good knowledge of social media, Instagram, Pinterest, adapting content to suit different channels;
PERSONAL SKILLS
- Ability to work in team, a proactive worker with strong organizational skills(Good capability to interact with interior designers and architects);
- Optimistic, positive and open for new skills;
- Good general knowledge and culture; **REQUIREMENTS**: - Based in Milan, but willing to travel and work also outside Milan (Engadin)
