- If yes — this could be your next step. **About the Role**: - We’re looking for a **Program Manager** to join our Business Unit team and lead high-impact programs from concept to production.
- You’ll coordinate execution across functions — ensuring goals, timing, and budgets are aligned, and risks are proactively managed. **Key Responsibilities**: - Lead cross-functional teams across R&D;, Operations, Quality, and more
Manage hybrid delivery (Agile + Waterfall)
Define scope, schedule, and budget
Align internal and external stakeholders
Report KPIs and status to executive leadership
Anticipate risks and ensure mitigation **What We’re Looking For**:



- ✔ Degree in Engineering or scientific field
✔ 3+ years managing complex software or AI projects
✔ Knowledge of Agile & Waterfall methodologies
✔ Experience with Jira, MS Project, and planning/reporting tools
✔ Strong communication and leadership skills
✔ Fluent in English and Italian
✔ PMP and/or Agile certification (preferred) **Nice to Have**: - ➕ Background in AI or high-tech industries
➕ Familiarity with stage-gate/hybrid methodologies
