**Overview**:
Are you a meticulous and proactive individual with an interest for Regulatory quality? We're looking for a **Regulatory Compliance Associate**to join our Regulatory Affairs team in Menarini Ricerche (Florence). **Main Activities & Responsibilities**: - ** Investigational Medicinal Product Dossier (IMPD) Finalization**: Contributing to the finalization of the quality sections of IMPDs for products currently under life cycle development;
- ** Regulatory Intelligence**: Staying up-to-date with new quality guidelines and proactively assessing their potential impact on Menarini's projects and product portfolio. **Job Requirements**: - **Education**: A **Master's degree or higher** in a scientific field;
- ** Experience**:2-3 years of previous experience** in a Regulatory environment is preferred;
- ** Language**:Fluent in English**, both written and oral, is essential for this role;
- ** Skills & Attributes**: being **dynamic, proactive, and eager to take initiative**is essential. Excellent **interpersonal, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and team-working skills** are highly valued;
- ** Knowledge**: Familiarity with **ICH guidelines** is preferred.
