Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite This is a temporary position involving various duties that permit exposure to the Intern field of work and/or provide experience that is a useful addition to the education and meaningful preparation for future professional employment. Under immediate direction and under work guidance of staff, assists and supports organization in development of various projects.
To manage all contracts and grants admin part, upload documentation in the Professional Affairs Platform for the events and grants requirements. This encompasses the operational processes related to contracts for Spain, Portugal and Italy, and EU grants ensuring a 'œBest in Class'
- service is created and maintained.



 Ensure communication with the Professional Affairs team members of the region. **Key activies**
- Regular meetings with the regional PA Team to ensure workload is even and capacity used effectively.
- Consultant contract creation in the platform working with the regional PAs Team supervision
- Collaboration for HCP Contract Process in creating the Consultant Nomination Form for all contracts under the regional PAs supervision
- Faculty Finance profile creation or updates requests for SE under the regional PAs supervision Travel Percentage: None
