COOLTECH srl, a company specializing in the production of components and systems for liquid cooling of electrical and electronic devices, is looking for a PRODUCTION MANAGER.
Mission
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing production activities within the Cooling Unit department. It is worth noting that a portion of these activities takes place inside a contamination-controlled environment (Cleanroom).
Main Responsibilities
Personnel Management: Coordinate and lead the team of line operators (assembly, brazing, and testing staff), ensuring compliance with delivery times, efficiency targets, and quality standards. Define work shifts, manage the skill matrix to ensure department flexibility, and actively promote a culture of workplace safety.



Support team development by fostering growth plans for both hard and soft skills.
Operator Training:
Define, plan, and deliver (directly or indirectly through consultants with HR support) training pathways for line operators. Personally support new hires during onboarding, as well as current colleagues during updates on new procedures, technologies, or workstations. A practical, hands‑on approach is essential to effectively train the team: the candidate must be fully competent in machine assembly, able to demonstrate tasks directly.
