This is a great opportunity for somebody who has some experience in an IT Support type role looking to take the next step in their career or someone with limited experience who has the ambition to grow and develop their career in IT. **Job responsibilities**
- Face to Face IT support of users;
- Hardware installation, movement and de-installation;
- Diagnosing problems concerning personal hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners etc.);
- Small project management related with new hardware or software installation;
- Software, patches and updates installation using MS SCCM. **Job Requirements**
- Excellent problem solving & customer facing skills
- Ability to resolve Windows 10 and 11 Operating System Errors
- Basic Network troubleshooting skills and knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 2016/365 Suite
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Microsoft Group Policy Objects experience
- Diagnose printer and other peripheral device failures and implement solutions
- Provide installation and upgrade services of supported hardware and software
- Previous Experience of working within a Ticket Management System (ServiceNow preferred)
- Correctly track incidents and calls timely and accurately
