Together, our broad portfolio of brands offers a complete range of products to bring great coffee and vending products to our ~10,000 customers serving consumers across hotels, restaurants, office buildings, public spaces, and more. **Opportunity** We are looking for a Buyer to join our Procurement Team. **Your responsibilities will be**: - Order Management: Handle purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Contract Negotiation: Conduct negotiations with suppliers to secure the best purchasing conditions.
- Cost Analysis: Assess material and supplier costs to guarantee the best value for the company.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, sales, and logistics teams to align procurement strategies with business goals.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain positive and collaborative relationships with suppliers,
resolving issues and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare purchasing activity reports and maintain accurate records. **To be successful in this role you'll need to have**: - Degree in Engineering, Economics or a related field
- At least 1-2 year of experience as a Buyer
- Strong negotiation skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Fluency in Italian and English **Nice to have**: - Previous experience in B2B Company
- Experience in purchasing accessories, fastners and/or finished machines **What we offer**: - Temporary contract
