Production Planning **Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**: - Support short
- and mid-term production planning and scheduling
- Monitor production progress and identify deviations or bottlenecks
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to ensure material availability
- Maintain accurate production orders and related documentation in the ERP system
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes
- Assist in the analysis of production KPIs and delivery performance **Requirements**:

- Attention to detail, organizational skills,



and time management
- Clear and effective communication, including cross-functional settings **Hard Skills**
- Degree or technical diploma (preferably in Management Engineering, Electronics or related fields)
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in EMS or manufacturing
- Basic understanding of production and logistics flows
- Familiarity with ERP systems (INFOR LN or similar preferred)
- Good knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools
