SkyAlps, a rapidly growing company in the regional aviation sector based in Bolzano, is looking for a Flight Operation Assistant (m/f/d) to join its team.
Main responsibilities:
- Entering and updating operational data in the flight management system;
- Supporting the preparation of documentation required for flight operations;
- Collaborating with various operational departments;
- Handling basic administrative tasks and document archiving;
- Checking and verifying flight data to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Ideal profile:
- Preferably at least two years of experience in a similar role within the aviation industry;
- Good command of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook;
- Fluent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken;
- Precision, patience, and attention to detail;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;




- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate diplomatically and courteously with different stakeholders;
- Team spirit, initiative, and eagerness to learn;
- Residence in nearby areas or willingness to relocate.
