The resource will be in charge of managing projects on an application implemented at Customers, following the part related to technical drawing and planning and management of the working group. In addition, the resource will manage the relationship with the Customer's project contacts, as well as advancements and alignments with their internal manager. The main responsibilities of the role are: - Meeting project timelines and costs; - Update the GANTT project; - Activity planning and coverage control of team resources; - Drafting functional documents; - Quality management in Delivery; - Planning platform tests; - Identify the best solution for our Clients; - Process analysis. The role requires possession of the following qualifications: - At least bachelor's degree in technical/scientific or business field; - Experience in project management in IT; - Knowledge of Supply Chain value chain; - Knowledge of SQL; - Customer relations propensity; - Aptitude for problem
