We are looking for an **HR Assistant Intern** to support daily operations in recruitment, onboarding, training and employer branding. Our products have been designed to meet any performance challenge and offer solutions to mechatronics looking to outfit their automotive workshops with the latest innovations in the field. **Location**: Partinico (PA), Sicily, HQ **How your day to day would look like**
- Support the HR team throughout the recruitment process: job posting, CV screening, and interview scheduling
- Assist in preparing job descriptions and publishing vacancies on various platforms (careers page, job boards, LinkedIn)
- Support in onboarding activities to ensure a smooth welcome for new joiners
- Collaborate on organizing team-building initiatives and company events
- Help in the preparation and coordination of training sessions and internal workshops
- Provide general administrative support and contribute to ongoing HR projects **You’ll be a good fit if you**




- Are pursuing or have recently completed a degree in in human resources management, or similar (Master in HR Management would be advantageous)
- Are fluent in Italian and have a good command of English (written and spoken)
- Have excellent organizational and communication skills
- Are confident with digital tools and social media (LinkedIn knowledge is a plus)
- Are proactive, curious, and eager to learn **We do highly appreciate**
