Località: Rozzano, IT, 20089 **Project Manager / Business Analyst (GEMINI Project)** **The GEMINI Project** The GEMINI project, "Digital Twins by Generative Artificial Intelligence to Boost Personalized Medicine and Therapeutic Innovation", led by Humanitas Research Hospital, Humanitas AI Center, and Humanitas University, has been funded by the Ministry of University and Research under the FISA program. Over the next five years, the goal is to develop a model based on innovative and scalable AI algorithms and real-world data (Digital Twin) that replicates the biological and clinical complexity of human diseases with a high social impact (such as cancers, debilitating chronic diseases, and rare diseases). The ultimate aim is to provide physicians and patients with a validated and transparent tool to support critical aspects of clinical management, including diagnosis, prognosis, and optimal treatment selection. **Responsibilities and Main Activities**
- Coordinate and support the pre-award phase of national and international funding programs, including grant proposal preparation, submission, and compliance monitoring.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and objectives.
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of innovative solutions, leveraging advanced technologies such as AI, ML, and data-driven methodologies.




- Facilitate the design, integration, and management of collaborative projects, fostering partnerships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure proper documentation of all project phases, including technical specifications, risk assessments, and progress reports.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating technical concepts into actionable plans.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying and addressing potential risks or roadblocks.
- Market analysis and business development **Skills and Qualifications**
- Familiarity with software development cycles and/or IT infrastructures is appreciated.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant STEM discipline (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, or similar); Master’s preferred.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and tools for data visualization and reporting. **Soft Skills**
