The main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Supporting the implementation of effective sourcing strategies to attract top talents
- Supporting the organization of recruiting events
- Collaborating with managers and project teams to ensure the strategic allocation of the employees based on business needs and individual skill sets
- Liaising with other HR functions to ensure an integrated approach to talent management **Qualifications**
- A university degree in economics or humanities
- A previous internship in HR or staffing roles is a plus
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
