Job Overview
The role of Store Manager at Sephora Catania via Etnea is central to delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving financial performance within the store.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the achievement of the store's financial performance (budget and target attainment).
- Coordinate commercial and organizational activities within your store (promotions, events, new product launches, CRM campaigns).
- Manage the store's profit and loss statement (inventory discrepancies, operating costs, personnel costs) and propose new strategies to optimize cost categories.
- Analyze and drive KPIs related to customer behavior (store traffic, average transaction value, units per transaction, etc.).
- Manage the stockroom, maintaining optimal stock levels in accordance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
- Implement company procedures (regulations, safety procedures) and commercial policies (pricing, promotions, communication) established by central departments.
- Lead Sephora Specialists (Department Managers),



guiding them in welcoming customers and engaging them on the sales floor.
- Collaborate with your Area Manager and the HR department in designing customized internal career development programs.
- Create a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
- Knowledge of key commerce KPIs and confidence in budget management, analysis, and daily reporting.
- Agility, dynamism, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong results orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a complex and sizable team, guiding them toward objectives and fostering a positive and collaborative team spirit.
