Group Fitness, Yoga, Pilates, HIIT /Bootcamp, Dance Fitness Instructors
Do you live for the beat drop, thrive on sweat sessions, and get a rush from motivating others to crush their goals? Then we want YOU to bring the energy, vibes, and passion to our Crunch Fitness team
Reports to:
- Group Fitness Classic Coordinator
- General Manager
- Franchise Owner/Operator

What We’re Looking For:
- A certified fitness pro who can command a room and make workouts fun for every fitness level.
- Someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and can deliver classes that leave members saying, "That was amazing"
- A team player who loves music, movement, and a little muscle burn.

Requirements:
- Valid CPR Certification (safety first)
- Nationally Accredited GFI Certification (AFAA, ACE, NETA, NASM preferred)
- OR valid Yoga, Schwinn/Ride, or Pilates Certification
- A smile that can light up the room (unofficial, but totally required)
- The willingness to travel between multiple locations to support class needs depending on locations





Your Superpowers (Special Skills):
- Experience teaching classes for clients of all levels
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and keep the vibes high

What You’ll Do:
- Lead safe, fun, and effective group fitness classes that get results
- Keep your certifications fresh and up-to-date
- Bring the Crunch vibe to life in every class
- Greet every member like a VIP and help them fall in love with fitness
- Be a team player, stay professional, and keep the positive energy flowing
- Attend team meetings and training's—because the best keep getting better
