The **Documentation Department**plays a central role in ensuring that our advanced technical solutions are clearly understood by both internal and external stakeholders. As our new **Technical Writer**, you will collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and product managers to transform complex technical concepts into clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation. **Duties and Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain **high-quality technical documentation**, including user manuals, installation guides, handling procedures, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to **gather technical knowledge**and ensure content reflects the latest product updates.
- Edit, proofread, and review content for **clarity, accuracy, style, and consistency**, ensuring technical information is accessible to different audiences.
- Continuously improve **documentation processes, templates, and standards**for greater efficiency and quality.
- Gather and integrate **user and customer feedback**into documentation updates.
- Manage **version control**, ensuring all revisions are properly tracked and accessible.
- Organize and structure documentation within the **company’s document management system**. **Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Mechanical Engineering**or **Aeronautical Engineering**.
- Strong technical background and ability to quickly grasp complex systems. **Experience**
- Minimum **3 years of proven experience**as a Technical Writer with a portfolio of technical product documentation.




- Proficiency with **SharePoint**or similar document management tools.
- Experience with **3D design tools**such as AutoCAD Inventor will be an asset **Skills and Competencies**
- **Perfect command of English**(written and spoken).
- **Communicative Italian**is an asset.
- Excellent ability to **translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly language**.
- Strong attention to detail, with consistency in style, structure, and accuracy.
- Analytical thinker able to **structure information logically**.
- Proactive problem-solver, addressing documentation gaps with solutions.
- Adaptable and quick to learn new technologies and industries.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to **collaborate effectively**with cross-functional teams.
