**Build your Career with an Industry Leader** We’re looking for a visionary **Director of Logistics** to lead our logistics operations across approximately 30 manufacturing, distribution, and fulfilment sites throughout Europe. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape the future of our logistics strategy, drive operational excellence, and ensure seamless delivery performance across the Europe region. **About the Role**:
As Director of Logistics, you’ll be responsible for designing and executing a robust logistics strategy that supports our business goals and enhances customer satisfaction. You’ll oversee transportation, warehousing, and 3PL operations, ensuring they meet key performance metrics in cost, service, compliance, and sustainability. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, planning, customer service, and global supply chain partners. **Key Responsibilities**: - Develop and implement a regional logistics strategy aligned with global supply chain objectives.
- Optimize inbound, outbound, and inter-facility network design to balance cost, speed, and environmental impact.
- Lead logistics operations across 30+ sites, including both owned and outsourced facilities.
- Drive performance through KPIs such as on-time delivery, freight efficiency, and warehouse productivity.
- Manage relationships with 3PLs, carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
- Ensure compliance with European trade, customs, and transportation regulations.
- Champion digital transformation and automation across logistics functions.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and cross-site collaboration.




- Lead risk assessments and mitigation strategies for cross-border logistics.
- Leverage data analytics and logistics systems (e.g., TMS) to enhance visibility and decision-making. **What We’re Looking For**: - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Proven track record managing large, multi-country logistics networks in Europe.
- Deep understanding of European transportation modes, customs processes, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across a matrixed organization.
- Fluency in English (C2 level); additional European languages are a plus.
