**Project Manager - Interior Fit-Out - permanent, on-site, Amsterdam**

- **Salary**: €90,000 - €95,000 per annum + Annual Premio + Rotation Package **About the Client** A premier European contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering large-scale, high-value commercial and data center projects. Specialists in **interior fit-outs**—drylining, ceilings, and partitions—they’re recognized for their dedication to **quality, safety, and innovation**. **The Opportunity** With a strong and growing pipeline of projects in the Netherlands, the client is seeking a seasoned **Project Manager** to lead their team in Amsterdam. You’ll have **full autonomy** over major interior fit-out projects, from conception through to handover. Ideal for an ambitious **Senior Engineer** or **Construction Manager** ready to step up—or an established **Project Manager** looking to join a leader in the sector. **Key Responsibilities**
- Lead all phases of interior fit-out construction, from planning to handover
- Develop, manage, and report on project budgets
- Supervise daily site operations and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Serve as the key client contact—managing expectations and advising on materials and design
- Oversee procurement, scheduling, and coordination of subcontractors, engineers, and architects




- Ensure all activities meet **local building codes** and **health & safety regulations**: - Troubleshoot and resolve issues around design, schedule, and cost
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 7-8+ years of experience in construction, ideally with a background in **Project Engineering**, **Construction Management**, or **Project Management**: - **Must-have**: Experience leading large-scale commercial interior fit-out projects
- **Nice-to-have**: Exposure to data centre construction projects
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects **on time and on budget**: - Must have **EU work rights** **What’s on Offer**
