To support our Company’s growth, we are looking for a passionate and motivated **Human Capital Digitalization Intern** to join our Human Capital Department and support HR operations across the full employee lifecycle with a specific focus on the implementation of digital tools, reporting systems and process innovation. **This is a six-month curricular/extracurricular internship opportunity**, designed to offer full exposure to HR processes in a high-tech and innovative environment, with the possibility of future development. If you are able to think and act in a cooperative way, establish a successful collaboration with others, put the customer at the heart of your thoughts and actions, always strive to provide a service of excellence, aspire to outstanding results, and use your resources sustainably, you are best equipped for us. **DUTIES** As a **Human Capital Digitalization Intern** you will be responsible for the digital transformation projects of HR processes, reporting and data tracking, and the management and improvement of tools supporting recruiting, training, administration, and talent development/succession planning programs. The activities will include (but are not limited to):



- Support the digitalization and improvement of HR processes and tools (recruiting platforms, training systems, administration tools);
- Contribute to the creation of reports and dashboards for tracking HR data and KPIs;
- Assist in the planning and execution of training programs and internal development initiatives;
- Support the recruiting process: drafting job descriptions, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, supporting On-boarding;
- Collaborate on projects related to talent development and succession planning;
- Aid in overseeing and coordinating key human resources processes, ensuring alignment with regulations and company procedures;
- Assist in the improvement and formalization of internal HR processes. **GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
- Previous academic or internship experience in digital transformation projects and/or Human Resources field will be considered a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication in English.
- Proactivity, attention to detail and a structured mindset. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with data analysis, reporting and digital tools.




- Ability to analyze data and present it in a clear and effective manner.
- Flexibility, curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, working under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. **ADDITIONAL ASSETS**
- Knowledge of HRIS tools and reporting systems.
- Interest in process automation and digital transformation in HR.
- Interest in space and technology sectors.
