**Plant Controller**:
Duties & Responsibilities: - Manage the plant’s annual budget and periodic forecasts
- Monitor and analyze variances between actual results and budget/forecast
- Ensure accurate Cost Control & timely Reporting
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Support cross-functional projects and contribute to financial tool development **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s/High school diploma in Business or Economics
- 1-3 years' experience in a similar role preferably in a manufacturing and multinational context
- Fluent English
- Experience and knowledge of Navision, Power BI system and SAP
- Proactivity, willingness to learn and get involved, attention to detail and strong analytical skills, effective communication and relationship-building abilities,
