**Location**:Remote (CET preferred) or hybrid in Milan **Language**:Italian native + good English **Start**:ASAP **Who we are** Startup Bakery is an Italian startup studio building early-exitable B2B SaaS companies with a strong AI component. We’re not looking for unicorns — we aim for early exits (~€15M) with real business fundamentals. We’re now hiring our first SDR to help fill co-founders’ calendars and drive outbound growth across our studio. **Posizione**:
**What you’ll do** You’ll work hand-in-hand with our founders to: - Identify leads via LinkedIn, Crono, GMB and other smart tools
- Start real conversations — not spam
- Book qualified meetings for our co-founders
- Learn how to test ICPs, hooks and outbound sequences
- Track everything in Hubspot You won’t have hot leads. You won’t have a marketing team warming things up for you. **But** you’ll have a seat at the table — and the chance to grow fast. **Requisiti**:

- You already have experience in B2B SaaS outbound sales (mandatory)




- You’re ambitious, fast-learning, and hands-on
- You write well and speak clearly
- You love talking to people and getting answers
- You’re not afraid of rejection — it’s part of the job
